Founder and President

Since 2005, Moji Shahab’s leadership has established Parsi Development Ltd. as one of Vancouver Island’s recognized development companies. He is a member of West Shore Developers Association and has had vast experience with real estate development over the past 18 years in Canada and overseas. With great attention to detail and focus on exceptional quality, innovation and design, he manages and leads all levels of the company.

Noushin Ashtiani

Designer, M. Arch, MRAIC, InAIBC

Noushin brings global visions and local roots to bear on all of her design projects. She has 15 years of design experience and has worked at several architectural and design firms throughout Canada.

John Berkes

Project Manager

John Berkes is the CEO and General Manager of Dome Construction Ltd from 1982. He is a member of the Canadian Construction Association and holds Certification by the CCA Gold Seal Program. Dome Construction Ltd. has worked for clients such as Royal Roads University, Camosun College, C.R.D., WCB and has built many custom homes, spec homes, and multiple family dwellings throughout Vancouver Island. John has been working with Parsi Developemnt Ltd as a project Manager since 2007.
