Founder and President

Since 2005, Moji Shahab’s leadership has established Parsi Development Ltd. as one of Vancouver Island’s recognized development companies. He is a member of West Shore Developers Association and has had vast experience with real estate development over the past 18 years in Canada and overseas. With great attention to detail and focus on exceptional quality, innovation and design, he manages and leads all levels of the company.

Noushin Ashtiani

Designer, M. Arch, MRAIC, InAIBC

Noushin brings global visions and local roots to bear on all of her design projects. She has 15 years of design experience and has worked at several architectural and design firms throughout Canada.

Trevor Strandlund

Project Manager

Trevor Strandlund is the president of Pacific Rim Exterior lTd and has been in construction business since 1980. He has built and managed both residential and commercial projects. His recent residential project has been an award-wining project in James Bay “4 at the park”. Trevor Strandlund has joined Parsi development Ltd. as a project manager in fall 2016.

Bob Starr has been a Realtor ® with Sutton West Coast Realty, in Victoria for the last 23 years, involved in the selling of over 500 properties. Since 1991 he has consistently won top MLs Awards and top Sutton Awards. Previously he spent 21 years in Building Materials Industry.

Zahra holds a design and commerce degree and has been with Parsi development Ltd. For 5 years, She overseas marketing and advertising for the company’s projects. She is a licensed Realtor® under Victoria Real Estate Board and is responsible for sale of new projects and customer service.

Sandy Higgins

Sandy Higgins is the president & franchise owner of The Mortgage Centre – Island Properties. She is an Accredited Mortgage Professional who provides the “hands on” knowledge and experience in the mortgage financing industry. She has over thirty years experience as a former Credit Union Branch Manager.  In 2013, Sandy received the CAAMP – MBABC Award for her outstanding contributions to the mortgage industry on a provincial & national level.
